Tonight will be the second excursion into the Benson area in about as many weeks.

After hitting the oddity of 'Beercade' for an evening of games, speciality beers, and then cigars... this evening will be electro-synth/rock... hmm... yeah I can dig it. Some grit-pop chick called "Lights"? Why the hell not. Maybe I can get a cd signed or something. I fear the stench of hipster might sink in too much.. plug up my pores and begin to fester deep in the cockles of my being.. eventually spewing forth a transformation akin to a badger's metamorphosis into three foxes after the carpinarial stage of the badger's life.

Yeppie! My recoding (and subsequent move) of one department's software into a generalized product for multiple departments has gone swimmingly. Which of course means it'll fail spectacularly at a later point! Hopefully with other departments using this app I get more amusing data to sift through when I am listless.

Damn it all! My refurb'd Zune HD's been acting flakey for the last few days... not quite the thirty-three hours of battery life... oh.. wait.. what's this? This morning the SOB just shows a battery outline with a green arrow blinking in the middle of a black screen...the POS was supposed to be charging all night but instead decided to die. Ugh.

Damn me for being smart.. what? 89.7 the river has an insanely detailed photo on canvas.. something they have never seen? A compact email about giclee to them and now they are running with it and cracking me up!

For some time I've been curious on nutritional deficiencies that may or may not exist in my diet. Say for instance you a magnesium and potassium gap I was told I had a few years back by some "health and wellness" councilor at my old job. I scoffed and moved on... though with the new year well under way I decided I might want to check into that this year - what's the worst I can end up with? Funny smelling pee?

A quick jaunt to the local GNC.. oh and let me take a moment and say shame on your employee at GNC.. the biggest dumb bovine stare and I was shocked when I got more than a grunt out of him. A customer walks in and says "so tell me about these?" and he starts to partially read the back of the bottle.. well no shit dumbass I can do that.. I wasn't sure if you can formulate an opinion out of personal or second hand knowledge. I guess not.

As it was I am starting to dig this whole experiment. In general I am pretty jazzed. It seems there's a bit of extra pep through out the day - what I am reading is an expected bonus. I am generally less tired the last few days of this experiment and overall have more energy to hit the gym. Self hacking - point me!

Damn Zune died on me after so damn long of service. Granted it was an eighty-five bone refurbed from woot she served me well. Now I am hoping I can keep the wall plug working long enough until JaneII shows up. A zune HD and I can be back in business. Fricking fracking mother fricking... Ugh. I mean last night I was totally inconsolable for like five or ten minutes. Then I tried to nice'n up for Gina's first night as "boss woman in charge". She's the new Monday... I think Cara is Wed/Thurs to cover Lori McBabyHaven'n. You know.. if you cared.

I think Candlebox edited their song 'You' off their new cd 'Love stories and other musings'... I think they stopped saying the word "fuck". What the hell?!

Three long weeks of being out to two AM on school nights and countless bottles of booze consumed.. but after last night I was able to drag my carcass across the finish line of my prolonged.. bender? of sorts... The Sea Captain is heading in a south easternly direction and should hit her port in short time.

Ah.. another user smote by the "how many kb in a mb" game. I was used to everyone just doing the cheapo 1000kb in a mb conversion (when it should be 1024 buuuuuuuuuut who's counting).... nope.. Not here.

Hmm.. after this Saturday I'll hit forty pints. If the math conversion is still right there are eight pints in a gallon.. which means I'll have given up five gallons of my essence.
