Stellar.. three sheriff cars out in front of my joint when I got home... wtf?! Crazy Cat Lady claims it might be a suicide or altercation in the building next to mine. Regardless I was able to slip inside and not be hassled. F'n-a.
Just as a follow up - crazy cat lady caught me as I was leaving to work in a hurry. She informed me some new folk that moved into the apartment building two over and on the second floor were in an altercation... the male assaulted his preggo girlfriend and then was refusing to get off the washer and dryer. I am not sure what that last part means, but again this comes from a lady who has her cat cinched in a harness and walks it around.
