Out of no where MiddleSis opts to meeting YoungestSis, Pops, and I out at BW3. Hmm. Being the perpetual cynic I heard Admiral Akbar yell "It's a traaaaaaaaaaap!". I poked around for a bit and then decided there were zero pretenses coming into this dinner. Good.

Dinner was great - no uneasy tension or forced conversations. Yeppie!

I am curious what brought her around... and if I was right that the explosion was in effect lancing a boil and killing the mounting tension.

Who knows.

For the moment family life is happy and thus I am happy. The only concern at the moment is Pops' transition into a household that contains him and Pete-dog.

Hmm. I need to shove off and decide if I want to buy Mattie porn for his birthday or would that fall in the "inappropriate" category. Brooke (his woman) may choke slam me. Also his parents might be there. They might not like that. We'll see if it's a 5.30pm Dr Johns trip or not!
