Up to four sets of eight with 50lbs on the parallel shoulder press, 120lb on the up right row.. four or five sets of eight on at 290 on the cable row.. 48lb (or #18) on the cable twist.. four sets of fifteen on the sled press (still the same five plates a side).. four sets of fifteen at 300lb on the calf raises and.. ding-ding-ding.. my cardio is more than half jog for a mile and no wheezing/gasping for air.. at this rate, if I keep up my jogging, and might go back to the mile and a half.
