02/02: Random news..
Let's work back in time here..
Friday... A grand time at my buddy Dana's casa drinking Hornsbys and Mojo IPA. I wandered off to home.
Saturday... a little groggy from the Hornsby. Lasertag started the afternoon with a retinue of geeks and friends-of-geeks from work. I was moderately high in the points. Not a bad game. Later that evening (after watching the majority of '16 Candles' with Bruce because he claimed he never has seen it - loserface) I headed down to UNO to watch the wrestling duel against UNK. UNO whipped up on UNK and Todd (Todd's cool) face crushed his opposite. Stellar. Then it was off the Boys' place for an evening of story time, discussion if A is impervious in his Wranglers, the mythical slurr-i-cane, geiger-mane, and so forth. A good evening. Though I come to realize my body's natural clock mechinism seems to indicate sleepy time starts crashing down at 1am or so. Strange. Off to beddie by I go.
Sunday was mundane. I was annoyed at the number of people at the gym. Hello people - get your asses home for the super bowl so I can get my routine done and watch the game myself. Arg. An efficient shower and off to the 'rents place for the game. A good game. The 100 yard interception - return was stellar.
Side note the movie trailers were great. I want to get excited about GIJOE, but I need to see that trailer again. StarTrek was interesting and heavy poss on going. Transformers 2 was full geek-blowitup-boner. Yeah that will be good.
I also got my Antec three hundred computer case. After a fourty minute conversation with Tad about the movies and comic books I was quietly opening up and oggly my new case. It should be the last case I'll ever need for many years. Good by DIT piece of crap case, hello new-hotness.
A side side note.. the word on the street is GT sorta permabanned from coming in with the grip of drama, like a pack of llamas, on Anna's shifts. Oh GT will you ever see the big picture? I guess if Carlos cann't then she probably won't either. (No word on her jail time MyBiggestFan. Maybe the magical two horned unicorn called Pheffer can keep her out).
