I received a "You the man!" email from my boss for a quick turn around on a small utility app that compresses 204mb log files into about 13mb using the .NET GZip methods. I have to plug this into the 'mover app' and wait for the 50 hours of processing on the current (as of 4.30pm) back log of archives. A positive warm fuzzy for sure.

Bonus - the Foo Fighters dropped a new song off their up and coming CD. Very nice. More so than Radiohead's new cd. That's borderline poopy. Radiohead can do better!

I was at my local until 2am... went home.. and was back at noon for a meeting of old employer-folk.... left at 3.30pm and will probably be back at eleven. I live here.

I literally spent all day watching some variant of Startrek. This morning/afternoon it was 'Enterprise'. This evening it was four hours of Next Generation. I took a nap in between. I miss working and making money.

It's 2am... I am barely allowed to type this out...my fingers are frozen, my per...pers..per... perspicacity is null... and I may not have work tomorrow. Damn you Justin Beiber Marie... damn you Ashley of Puerto Rico... damn you all to hell.
