I fought a polar bear once.

I came in expecting a bare knuckle brawl between man and beast. To the discredit of the polar bear he brought a rocket launcher that shot mountain lions two at a time.

I admonished my enemy, disarmed him, and summarily ended his honor-less existence.

To add insult to injury I consumed a tasty coke while laying on his pelt every December.

Another fear years have gone by, and it is time for another Nine Inch Nails concert. It only seems like a few years ago on a god forsaken cold night Wampet and I traveled down to Lincoln to hit up the Pershing Center for the Nails. I believe that was one of the coldest nights that winter.

It was a rough and cold morning when I rolled out of bed today. A bit groggy, a bit of a head ache, but nothing bad. A quick shower and shave later I was feeling marginally better. A car window scrape, traffic, and a stand up meeting post that I am doing positively wonderful.

A bit bouncy.

Energy is running high.

DK and Jefe have conspired against me to change this contract change portion of my code - "bah!" I say. They can't keep me down!

I think I might go fight a polar bear.

I joined a webforum awhile ago (dreamincode.net), and I have opted to join up for their secret santa. This should be interesting. A completely random person mailing me a box of stuff or a thing. This could be like a woot bag of crap!

As an aside, I picked up the next installment of Marvel Zombies 3 and The Dark Tower. Marvel zombies is proceeding in an interesting direction, while the Dark Tower fills in stellar spots between the lines. I cursed that Enders Game wasnt out when it said it would be out. How annoying

*sigh* I should really reign in my bar hopping as I age. That or maybe opt to consume less. Last night was border line stupid. I opted to thank the porcelain god before bed so I could make work today. Arg. The roughness of a single man's life!

Okay.. This has been something that needs to get out in the open. Fuuuuuuuuck you Katy Perry fans. I am so sick and tired of everyone going ga-ga over her damn song 'I Kissed a Girl'. Seriously. People are all "She's so out there.. that's crazy she would do a song like that... blah..blah..blah.." Get over it folks! She's not an original person to name a song like that nor pull it off that well.

Halloween came and went. I went zombie this year. The only failing was the crappy store bought makeup was some funky cream based crap and soaked into (and started running) my stellar latex job. I was so pissed. Thankfully I had my makeup from the last year as wolfman from www.vampfangs.com. That stuff sure as hell saved the hour and a half invested in applying the latex. I now have decided never again to risk halloween.. vampfangs will have my makeup order!

Anyone care to see the end result?
